Alright, my family is wondering what to make with some New York Steak strips we have. We we're after this recipe called Laredo Steak that is made from Max & Erma's Restaurants but I can't find a recipe. Does anyone have a test recipe Laredo steak? Or perhaps a recipe that they loved themselves? My family isn't huge on vegetables except peas, green beans, carrots, corn, tomatoes and mushrooms so a recipe with a limited amount of Onions & peppers would be nice. Any Suggestions?
