Hi I live in New York City and I have been reading about the new Freedom Tower. My question is why is the new observation deck not going to be on the roof top? And why will it not be outside and rather inside of the tower? That just sounds very stupid. The city has made these ugly new buildings and did not rebuild the old twin towers without thinking at all about the design of the old World Trade Center. They should have rebuilt the Twin Towers the exact same way.
