My friend and I, both in our 20s are planning to move to New York and want to find an apartment that is affordable and in a safe neighborhood. We would prefer it be in Manhattan or Harlem but any safe neighborhood near the Subway would also be convenient and work. Any information you have to offer we would love to hear.
