This is very upsetting and I thought about just giving it up. I was in a car accident that wasn't my fault. I decided to get a lawyer cause I was injured (a small chip in my from tooth and back injury). I started going to the doctor as much as I could but, without a car it became very hard for me. So, I stopped going but, I still want to keep going when I get back on my feet . The problem is it's been a year now and I was wondering is my lawsuit still valid. I have been worried.
P.S. I live in the country, you can't walk or take a bus to get anywhere!
