I am involved in a personal injury suit, which required physical therapy and doctor appointments. At the start of the case ...I needed help paying for all my expenses. My lawyer said it does not work that way. Now that I have used all my resources and have a surgery scheduled, the other attorney wants me to go to their doctors..... I have spent a small fortune figuring out my course of action. What is going on ... First, I was told they would not pay.. Now they are willing. It has been 3 years.. I am in pain and absolutely fed up with this process. I am a frustrated because I was told they absolutely will not pay for anything until it is settled. Is my attorney leading me on ... where is the truth.
