Mediatin in my personal injury case is this week, Im not gonnabe able to know how much i need to settle for if my lawyer doesn't have exactly what he gets...what the medical bills are and if or how much is my settlement gonna be taxed. Does he have to tell me exactly how much he gets before I settle? To the penny?
