This personal injury lawyer knew in Italy that he had one of the worst forms of TB around. He was told to check in in Rome so they could start treating him. Instead, he flew to Canada and drove into the USA. What he did was the same as an AIDS patient having unprotected sex. Should this man be brought up on criminal charges? Should everyone on the planes file a class action lawsuit against him for scaring them all? Should anyone who gets TB from him sue him for life time medical care? What should be done to discourage another idiot from doing the same thing?
