My son and I visited a Chinese restaurant and both got food poisoning. I ended up in the er once and have a big bill now. My son is a baby and is in the er now for the second time in two days with 105 fever v and d, and bloody stools. I'm sure I can prove they're at fault And filed a complaint with the health sept. Would a personal injury lawyer take this case for suing?
