Negligence on establishments part. Many counts of it, now I have broken tailbone and widespread lower back pain..and back muscle recruitment. It keeps moving up on my left side My pcp won't fit me in for a week from now.. I don't know where to turn. I feel like a victim.. I've done everything right, seen the er xrays and filed a report, now I feel I've been treated badly on all ends
I guess I want a lawyer to take care of the medical portion asap. This is radiating up in my left back and down in my left leg... I don't trust my pcp seeing that I had this trauma out of town and she can't be bothered to follow up with me till 2 wks after the fact...and you get a bad name around here if you go to the er on non emergency basis
