I am planning to go to washington dc from toronto. There are only two schedules. One option is I stay in New York Penn station from 9:30 pm to 3:00 am. Then, transfer to washington dc and arrive there at 6:57 am. The other option is transfer right away from New York Penn Station at 9:30 and arrive washington dc at 2:15 am. Can someone from New York or Washington tell me which option will be more safe?
