and how? do you request it or how would you put it? I had a car accident in feb. rear ended by a city school worker on duty. totaled my car and life is going to hell, thats why i would like at aeast 1000 to catch up on bills caue i cant work and have no car. just wonering if anyone here knows anything aboput that? thnks
