Are there any specific questions I should be asking or any information I should be aware of to know what is fair to settle. How much should I ask for when negotiating. My doctor bills are $6,000 and I had to make arrangements for my 4 children to be taken care of while undergoing treatment 4 times a week, one of which is a baby an one is special needs. I wasnt able to even clean my house due to back pain from the wreck. I just want to know what is fair compensation. Please help me so I know what to do when they call with an offer.
