I was in a major car accident with a member of the local government who ran a stop sign and caused the wreck. My truck is totaled, and suffered injuries to my knee, neck, and head. I under went physical therapy for 2 weeks and missed one week of work. Total medical bills of $5000, and one weeks of lost wages. I have a lawyer and hope so settle out of court. I'm curious to know how much i might get. The local government is who we have the case against. Can anyone guess how much this kind of thing is worth? Any guesses?
