I live in New York City and wish to purchase some Real Estate. Having done home remodels in Texas, I'd like to buy an unimproved space and do most of the work to convert it myself. Basically something like a warehouse that's being converted into apartments/condos or maybe a small residential building that is selling off entire floors. Any ideas?
