I was in a car accident two days before moving 400 miles away. The other driver's insurance company is denying my claim because the driver is lying to save his job, and said I swerved into him. Even though the police report said he was at fault, they are unwilling to handle this properly.
Since I moved, do I use a lawyer where I now live, or do I need to go back to the county in which it happened?
