Ok I was handcuffed behind my back, after telling and showing the officers that I had recent arm and breast surgery(2weeks prior). I asked that I be handcuffed in front and was denied, it caused a stitch to pop on my arm and stretch the incisions and delayed the healing.
I was pulled over for suspicion of DUI (charges were dropped BTW was under the legal limit) I have made a complaint in writing to the CHP,do I have a case? Thanks in advance.
Thank so far, and no I was not being difficult it's just procedure. After making the complaint, when the watch comander talked to me he said they could have cuffed me in front(there are exceptions to procedure) and was seriously kissing my behind, "what would you like done etc...
