If you hire a personal injury lawyer on contingency and they decide not to litigate, would you owe them any fees for doctor's visits that they fronted?
The agreement says "NO FEES IF NO RECOVERY" but did sign a "Doctor's Lien" so don't know if I would owe for doctor's visits.
