I have 2 thin slices of New York Steak. I've already soaked them in coke for 5 hours to tenderize. Now I'm marinading them in my favorite steak rub. What's the best way to cook them? In oven or on a pan? Please elaborate, thanks! :)
Oh btw I want them medium-rare.
