I don't know that my attorney's getting a clear msg as to what my case actually in tells for it to be even close to a victory. I was walking to a friends to go to work on the shoulder of I35 and was hit by a stripper. Her car was totaled out so needless to say my health is permanently GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm more than a little BITTER about having a permanent change in how I HAVE TO MOVE MY BODY !! I'm a 26 year old guy with a Cain and $500,000 thousand dollars worth of surgery. The little 30K that my lawyer is content with isn't going do anything for me in 20 years when my hip goes out because I walk wrong, cant run, lost my strength, health all that you would imagine. I was in ICU for 10 day'. I had to re learn how to do everything from walk to brushing my teeth to shaving all over. PERMANENT DAMAGES! I feel like ICU alone is a $10K a day section of the hospital to be in. I was there 10days= (100K)! that's a better than settling FOR THE SURE 50K the girls insurance has is obligated to. hitnrune@yahoo.com
