I know that Chicago-style pizza is deep dish and New York-style pizza has a thin crust, but we have thin crust pizza places here in the mid-Atlantic area, but people from NYC say it isn't New York-style pizza. So what makes it different? Is it the type of crust, the toppings, the sauce or something else?
