I want to know what place in new york state would be best to live in based on a nice community, nice schools, safe neighborhood, and nice environment. I would like it to be not that expensive since I want an apartment and thinking on having a child too. So I want a nice safe place for a baby. Does anyone knows about a place like this in new york?
