We were seriuosly victumized by my former landlord [who referrs himself as HITLER] We lived at Rochester Village for 13yrs. at the time we were the longest enduring tenent. My children and I are dumber for the experience. I was only hated because I attempted to better myself and my surroundings. We moved in on December 1993. We were told they had a 3 strikes you are out. February 2006 we still had a perfect record for behaving. All of a sudden we were accused of late rent payment that did not work. Then we were accused of littering cigarette butts, I cleaned up the butts that were tossed in front of my door that were not ours and gave my son [the only smoker in my family] a coffee can for his. He obeyed;but, the butts kept reappearing overnight. I have a bad back and can't keep cleaning up the neighbors spitefull mess. Then my son to be helpful threw away a pair of stripper panties which branded him a thief.We were evicted.Our education's spoiled and we lost our belongings.We want2sue.
